Terms of Service

Capitalista Etico is operated by Carlos Ulloque to upload and publish videos to his own TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. It runs on the account holder’s designated server, the only server authorized for this app’s publishing activity.

The service is for the account holder’s personal use only. It is not open to the public or available to manage other people’s accounts. By using it, the account holder agrees to these terms.

The account holder is solely responsible for the videos, audio, captions, and other material submitted or published through the app, including obtaining the necessary rights and permissions. Automation does not transfer responsibility for the content or its publication.

The account holder must review and authorize the content and publishing settings and must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, misleading, or otherwise prohibited content.

Use of the service must comply with the applicable TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and developer and API requirements. The service must not be used to bypass TikTok’s permissions, restrictions, or required publishing controls.

Capitalista Etico is an independent app. It is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok controls access to its platform and may restrict API access or remove content under its own rules.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted operation, successful publication, a particular publication time, or continued access to TikTok’s APIs.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or lost opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit any mandatory rights.

The account holder may stop using the service and revoke its TikTok access at any time. The operator may suspend or discontinue the service, including when security, platform requirements, or operational constraints require it.

When the service ends, publishing through the app will stop and stored account data and tokens will be deleted under the app Privacy Policy. Ending the service does not delete content already published on TikTok.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, subject to any mandatory protections that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
